How fast we reply
We answer every message within two working days, usually faster. For order questions, include your order reference and we will find it straight away.
Shipping & returns
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $60 — otherwise a flat $4.90.
- Two samples in every parcel, picked around your routine step.
- Orders leave the studio in 1–2 working days with tracking by email.
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To start a return, send a message with the topic “Shipping and returns”.
